TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE -- Please read carefully
*No Minimum Order* Unless otherwise stated, All fish are measured using total length from tip of nose to end of tail.
Shipping
We ship Delta Dash via Delta Airlines, USPS Express, USPS Priority Mail and UPS depending on your location and size of order. At this time we do not offer international shipping of live animals. All Packing of fish happens Sunday evening and the fish are delivered to the post office first thing Monday morning. Other arrangements may be discussed otherwise this is our procedure. We only ship fish one day a week. Fish will be professionally packaged with oxygen and bag buddies in a styro box with heat packs if needed. Pick up is available. Shipping fees depend on the size of your order, you will need to contact me for a shipping quote.
Quarantine
Fish will be quarantined and fasted for 72 hours prior to shipment, this process helps the fish arrive happy and healthy.
Returns
We do not accept returns on live animals.
International
We do NOT ship Tropical fish internationally.
Wholesale
Wholesale is available, please contact me for more details.
DOA
DOA is not likely but in the event that you do get DOA(dead on arrival) our policy is simple. If you receive a DOA you will be refunded the price of the fish, wholesale buyers will receive credit towards next order. Shipping fees are non refundable. To file a claim, you must digitally photograph the dead fish inside the unopened bag and forward the image to us via email within 3 hours of the delivery. If you are not there to receive your package the DOA policy will not apply to you. After 3 hours, no claims will be accepted for any reason.
